truly yummy goulash

Just found (and slightly adapted) this recipe. Instant favorite with the whole family!

Goulash

1/2 lb elbow macaroni
1 tb olive oil
2 lbs ground turkey
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 tb paprika (sweet, spicy, or smoked--your choice)
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp dried marjoram
ground pepper
2 c chicken broth
1 c sour cream

Cook the pasta and set aside. Meanwhile, heat a deep skillet or pan with the olive oil, then add the ground turkey. Break up the meat and brown it for a few minutes. Add the garlic, onion, red pepper and spices to the meat. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the chicken broth and sour cream. Bring just to a bubble and reduce heat to low. Add the cooked pasta and let sit to absorb sauce. Ta da!
